Rules and Regulations for the 2026 Brick Street Super Raffle

These rules and regulations will apply to the Brick Street Super Raffle for 2026.

 

  • The Brick Street Super Raffle is a fundraising raffle event.
  • No Refunds. All Sales are Final! Disputing or reversing a credit card transaction constitutes grounds for permanent disqualification from all future ticket purchases.
  • Individuals purchase tickets and enter the raffle at their own risk of losing.
  • Only 3,000 tickets will be sold. Tickets are numbered 1000 through 3999.
  • TICKETS ARE NOT TRANSFERABLE.
  • TICKET HOLDER IS NOT REQUIRED TO BE PRESENT TO WIN!
  • You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase a ticket.
  • Drawings are subject to the sale of at least 2,000 tickets. Any unsold tickets become the property of the BSSR committee.
  • If the raffle is canceled for any reason, the purchase price will be refunded. The BSSR committee reserves the right to postpone the event due to unforeseen situations.
  • The BSSR and all businesses selling tickets reserve the right to refuse ticket sales to individuals.
  • Any number can be a winner more than once.
  • Winners claiming their prize must show WINNING TICKET and PHOTO I.D.
  • Prize pickup will take place on Sunday, August 9, 2026 at the Arcanum Park. Prizes not claimed by 8/11/2026 will be forfeited.
  • Raffle board members are ineligible for this drawing.
  • Winners may be subject to taxes. 
  • All gun winners are subject to Federal, State and Local firearms background checks.
  • The BSSR committee reserves the right to replace any of the prizes listed with a similar prize of any value.
  • Tickets are not to be used as a method of fundraising for any organization, business or individual unless granted express written permission by the BSSR Committee.
  • The ticket must be in the individual’s name. A company or business cannot be a ticket holder.
  • Lost tickets will not be reissued.
  • The list of winning numbers will be posted on www.arcanumbrickstreet.com and our Brick Street Super Raffle Facebook Page (We will not list names for the privacy of the winners).
  • Images or videos posted on any Brick Street Super Raffle or Brick Street Block Party social media accounts are for illustrative purposes only. Actual prizes may differ in make, model, color, or features from those shown. The BSSR Committee, not promotional media, determines the items awarded. 
  • The Brick Street Super Raffle Committee, Brick Street Block Party Committee, volunteers, sponsors or anyone affiliated with the event will not assume any liability for injury, loss, or any claim resulting from any prize obtained by the sale of tickets. By accepting a ticket, the holder acknowledges and assumes any liability resulting from the purchase of a ticket or any prize.


*Any ticket purchased by fraudulent means that is not taken care of by 12:00pm on 7/29/2026 will become the property of the BSSR Committee.

Families and people of all ages! We have many activities planned throughout the weekend that children and adults can all participate in and have a great time.


The Brick Street Block Party is from 4:00-10:00pm on Friday, July 31, 2026, and 12:00pm-11:00pm on Saturday, August 1, 2026. The Brick Street Super Raffle will start promptly at 12:00pm and end at 7:00pm on Saturday, August 1, 2026.


Please refer to the "Food Vendors" tab to find a list of vendors that will be attending our event!


Tickets are available here on our website and at participating locations, listed on the "2026 Raffle Prize List" tab.


No! Winners will be contacted the day after the drawing.


All proceeds go to the Give Thanks Foundation. The Give Thanks Foundation is a non-profit organization located in Arcanum, OH that helps fund the Brick Street Block Party. The Give Thanks Foundation has donated money in the past towards community projects such as park upgrades, school and sports projects, back-to-school haircuts, and meals, with the plan to continue donating in communities throughout all of Darke County!
