Rules and Regulations for the 2025 Brick Street Super Raffle

• Only 3,000 tickets will be sold. Tickets are numbered 1000 through 3999.
• TICKETS ARE NOT TRANSFERABLE
• TICKET HOLDER IS NOT REQUIRED BE PRESENT TO WIN - ALL PRIZES ARE AWARDED
• You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase a ticket
• Drawings are subject to the sale of at least 2,000 tickets. Any unsold tickets become the property of the BSSR committee.
• If the raffle is canceled for any reason, the purchase price will be refunded. The BSSR committee reserves the right to postpone the event due to unforeseen situations.
• Any number can be a winner more than once.
• Winners claiming their prize must show WINNING TICKET and PHOTO I.D.
• All winners must claim and pick up their prizes, or arrange delivery, within 30 days of the event.
• Board members are ineligible for this drawing.
• Winners may be subject to taxes. 
• All gun winners are subject to Federal, State and Local firearms background checks.
• The BSSR committee reserves the right to replace any of the prizes listed with a similar prize of equal or greater value.
• Tickets are not to be used as a method of fundraising for any organization, business or individual unless granted express written permission by the BSSR Committee.
• The ticket must be in the individual’s name. A company or business cannot be a ticket holder.
• Lost tickets will not be reissued.
• The winners’ list will be posted on www.arcanumbrickstreet.com and facebook.com/brickstreet21 

*Any ticket purchased by fraudulent means that is not taken care of by 12:00pm on 7/30/2025 will become the property of the BSSR Committee.
